The truck itself was a piece of cramp. The steering was loose, the mirrors were loose and couldn't be tightened, there were 2 holes in the top of the truck that has to be patched because water was in the box when I picked it up. The whole front needs to be serviced. It's a very dangerous truck for a newer driver, a seasoned driver even had a hard time with it.

Not open on Sunday's. Had trouble figuring out how to open the key box. Spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to pick up the vehicle. The app wouldn't upload the pictures. We encountered violent weather (wind & thunderstorms), in which the county went to red alert (emergency vehicles only on the roads). We were unable to drive & unload the truck in a timely manner and found the next morning after the storm that all our stuff was wet because the truck leaked. We had standing water in the truck after unloading. The dealer was made aware. The whole overall experience was NOT good and just added to our stress of having to move on short notice because of a water leak in the apartment above us, causing structural damage in our apartment.

DENISE SLocation and people were fine, but I'm bugged by the system changing my dropoff location and not notifying me. This was my original location, but when I dropped the trailer and tried to check in I was told that my dropoff location was in Paoli. Fortunately your scheduling rep was able to update the reservation and I didn't have to drive the extra 40 miles round trip to the new location. There may have been a valid reason to change the dropoff location, but there is no valid reason for not explicitly notifying me of the change.
