Hello, the truck was great. The only part that was frustrating was when uhaul had to call 2 people to speak to before I could get the truck. I did not understand this. It was frustrating because people are busy. Had I known ahead of time I could have planned accordingly and made these people aware that I needed them to answer a uhaul representative. This was spur of the moment, hey I need 2 people to verify you are who you say you are. No warning, or heads up while im making the reservation, all of a sudden, im at the predetermined location to pick up the rental, and it was thrown on me to find 2 people to answer, what looks like a spam call on my behalf. Other than that part, it went smoothly. They did also give me the keys to a different vehicle that I thought I was renting but that was okay too. I just needed to pick up a couch. Thanks uhaul, im going to use you again in a week when I move apartments. Maybe I wont have to get extra verification this time.
