Not much. The town (village) of Sparta is down at it's heels. Few businesses open, and the pick up location would not have been one of my top three choices. Having said that, the truck was clean and well-maintained and the proprietor was accommodating.James V.
The 20 foot truck we rented had the service engine light come on halfway through the trip and at that point there were no brake lights or turn signal lights which was very worrisome. It was an hour drive round trip to pick up the truck which was very frustrating. Then they charged me extra for the mileage which was due to having to go so far and then get off the road to check the fact that the check engine light came on. U haul was our only choice and this was not a satisfying experience!!Virginia H.

Reserved on my app on my phone. when I got there he could not find anything online showing I reserved it. Waited 1 1/2 hours before I could get trailer. Talked to a Uhaul person on the phone and redid the reservation. Rented one way from Georgia to Florida. could not drop off in Florida, said return where I got it. Had to bring it back to Georgia. I will never go to this vendor again. Very disappointed with Uhaul with this rental. Never had a problem before.ROBERT L.

The man handling the rentals could not speak English at a proficient level. He also did not know what he was doing. It was extremely frustrating and took excessively long. We would've left if we didn't have a broke down vehicle and absolutely need the vehicle hauling trailer.Kelly T.

tongue of trailer was laying in a huge fire ant mound, got bit several times. It was raining hard and I had to hook it up by myself and I had to search to find a trailer wire off another trailer to hook up my lights. I am a regular customer and never expected this kind of service.John B.

The representative there was hard to work with. He told us where to park the trailer and saw us place it where he told us to. After we left he called us back and asked us to come and move it. We explained that this was not possible because we did exactly as he had asked. He was rude and yelling at me on my phone. Once I called UHAUL customer service his whole attitude changed and I made the customer service representative aware of this. He called and harassed my friend as well. We are unsure how he got his phone number since mine was the only listed on the contract. This is very unprofessional. I feel as if the only person he was supposed to call was me because I was the point of contact listed on the contract. This was a horrible experience. He refused to put the trailer in as returned because he wanted us to move it and told me I would be charged double by UHAUL because of this. That's what made me call customer service and explain the situation. They helped get it resolved and explained to him that since we had returned it he had to put it in as returned and should not have told us to put it in that spot if that's not where he wanted it to go. He called me back an hour or so after we got off of the phone with customer service to apologize. I don't know if this was sincere or if he was told to do this by UHAUL.Mary H.
Took me 40 minutes to pickup when I used the fast pickup option. Store had no clue how to process my prepaid rental. This store is a terrible representation of your brand. I'm amazed that they are in your network. NEVER AGAIN!!!!Bryan B.
I feel That the customer should have a representative there to at least explain a little bit about the vehicle to them. Not till the sales clerk at the counter to just give her a key. Also items requested on my reservation order were not present in the vehicleCarolyn C.

Rental was set up for 8:30am, employee renting truck did not show up until almost 10:30am. 2 dollies requested, only one available but charged for both and equipment was covered in spiders, spiderwebs and ants. Called to complain the next day at UHaul customer service and was told I would have a response in two days which NEVER CAME....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND...I had one day to move all of my mothers belongings due to her recent death and your company just added to the horror of the situation....Lisa J.

When I made the reservation I had requested the location on Sinclair dr Sparta Ga to be picked up at 1 PM on Saturday. When I received the confirmation it was at Hwy 15 in Sparta for 4pm. Called was told the Lake Sinclair Dr location did not have the trailer. However they were in the lot. Picked up the trailer. Attendants hooked it up. When traveling the trailer came loose. We were able to hook the trailer up safely. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. Equipment could have been damaged. More importantly someone could been hurt. Apparently your attendants DO NOT know how to hook a trailer safely. I believe that I deserve a creditNancy B.
