I drove 350 miles. I was allotted 360. They charged me for an additional 1001 miles. There is NO Way I could have driven that many miles. My destination was 306 miles from point a to point b. Freeport FL to Milledgeville Ga. do y’all he math. I drove on Montfort 7 hours and turned the truck in. This needs to be fixed.

When I picked up the truck, I was told the contract was emailed to me. I was not told to open it and read it before I left with the truck. Item #1 on the contract is to verify the gas level, which I did not do because I had not seen the contract. The gas level on the contract was not what was in the truck. I only drove 40 miles, was charged $30 because the gas level I reported when I returned the truck was accurate. There is no way I could have burned that much gas in 40 miles. When I called the agency, the man told me to come in, see if he could do something. Then the wife came in, was defensive and not helpful. I don't think I should be charged the $30 fee when the agency had the gas level wrong on the contract and did not tell me that Item #1 on the contract was to verify before I left the lot. Am I supposed to just divine that info?

Place looked a bit sketchy! Dispatcher that sent me to drop off location said they were supposed to open til 5:00 pm but we couldn't find anybody!

First, I reserved a 6x12 trailer, which apparently had a flat tire, which I was not notified about until I went inside to pay for itsome couple hours after reserving it. The clerk's very first words to me were "They didn't call you?" Not I'm sorry for the inconvenience, nothing, not even, I haven't had a chance to call you... We decided to take a smaller trailer because we needed a trailer that day and it was far way more inconvenient to drive 45 miles for the closest 6x12 trailer. We were told to go find it out back and get it hooked up ourselves. The clerk offered zero help in connecting it. We had to do several trips to make due with the smaller trailer and during the last trip I noticed that one of the tires were separated and had multiple hot spots on it. When we returned, before we were greeted, we were informed it was due back several hours ago and I would be charged a second day. Again, offered little to no helping unhooking, although the clerk did move it back into it's space. When we went to a second location to pick up new trailer, I disclosed the tire issue and was informed that trailer was supposed to have already a new tire on it, as it had previously been as his location. All in all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I won't rent from that location EVER again. Zero customer service, put into dangerous equipment and not advised of time limits. No thank you.

They great at this location however, I made my reservations 2 weeks ago in Macon. Then you call me the day before saying you don't have the equipment there. Unacceptable!

No one was at location at drop off. The drop box was easy to find and all paperwork was wrapped up via email quickly after drop off. We did get charged for 1 mile over, which is not a big deal, except that we picked up truck with 1/2 a tank of gas and dropped off with 3/4 tank of gas. So it would have been nice to have one counter act the other. Even though it was only an additional 43 cents, it seemed like better customer service would have been to let the extra gas take the place of an additional charge.

I was scheduled to drop the trailer off today by 10:00 am. I wanted to drop it off yesterday as we finished our need for the trailer earlier than anticipated. I went on line to confirm the drop off location was open. The web site said it was open 1:00:-5:00. I called ahead and there was no answer nor anyway to leave a voice mail. I tried several times and never got an answer. Do to not being open I waited to deliver today. We arrived at 9:50 and no one was at the drop off site. We encountered another person who had stopped twice to pick up their rental and no one was there. We dropped the trailer and left the contract in the mail box. It was not so much the site was not open but the fact the UHaul web site said the site was open and it was not.

They had computer problems when I got there. The location was very dirty and the environment was unprofessional.
