One of the tires was flat. The trailer had some type of wire hanging from the frame. I wasn't told I needed an adapter for the wiring on the trailer due to how new my truck was. I wasn't able to check the lighting due to issue of the adapter had to leave with the trailer then buy one to check had to worry the lights didn't work and return it. But the lights did work but I had to worry due to the tire being low if I'd have a blow out heading to my destination so I had to keep stopping every couple hours to check and make sure it was still up and not going low. So my experience was an inconvenience! But I got what I needed to haul from one place and to my destination.

Actually came back from home to assist with return. 5 star service

The truck we rented came with a badly stuck door in the back to open the truck up and the inside of the car smelled like piss on the seats. It took an extra day for them to fix it and we left a day late but they did fix it and were very very kind and sweet!
