You should not have to unhook your own equipment. They just tell where to put it and there you go.
Denis H.This location said the trailer I dropped off 2 weeks ago was not there and was never dropped off. I called the local police to file a stolen Tralee report and the politics found the trailer in the parking lot. Worst experience of my life, more than 2 hours of my time wasted dealing with this incompetent horrible location.
jacob L.I returned the truck and was charged for fuel despite having before and after pictures of the fuel gauge. When I asked for help the people at the location just shrugged their shoulders and said they could not help me. Also I reserved an appliance dolly but when I showed up I was told they don't rent those. Overall terrible experience
