It was really busy inside the day I dropped off and seemed hectic. I had some fears about the dropoff, but everything ended up being really smooth. If there were a way to clarify what to do at drop off with a sign or instructions, that would help.Jason M.

When I picked up my rented Uhaul truck it had a low tire. When I returned it to the dealer I had the fuel level a little above 3/4 tank. The fuel was supposed to be at exactly 3/4 tank and they charged me for 2gallons of gas claiming the fuel was below 3/4 when it was in reality slightly above this amount. After waiting in a long line for 10 minutes in a hot office it was announced by the sole employee that drop offs could just drop off trailers in the back. This person saw me pull in and could have told me this at the start.David F.
This is the location I set the rental up For. When I went to express check in the location changed to a dealer 12 miles away. I called customer service and was told we were contacted twice that there was no available trucks at the preferred location. I received neither of these contacts. Customer service did get us a larger truck at our preferred location. You need to work on communication if there is an issue.Jackie G.

I wish I could submit a review for 5555 W state Rd 46 location. They originally had the reservation and they absolutely messed it up. There was no staged vehicle for me so we had to drive 20 minutes out of the way after 30 minutes on the phone with rude customer service. Horrible experience. The return facility was closed when I dropped off the trailer. My complaint is that there were few drop off spaces. And what there was required a lot of backing to fit it into a space. Not easy for someone not used to pulling a trailer. The website used to do the drop worked great!Wayne D.

I am still showing an open order for the U-Haul blankets, furniture pads that were folded in the back of the truck. When I pulled in with the truck the U-Haul representative told me to just leave him the key and leave that I didn't need to check out. I started to check out on the app and went back in so he could help me with the gas gauge picture. At that point he came out and checked out the truck. I told him the pads were in the back of the truck. Now, several days later, the pads are still showing as an open rental . I called the U-Haul number and spoke with a representative who was going to have the manager call me a few days ago and I still have not heard back.Luke H.

I was given the keys and paperwork, and sent off with the truck, which was very dirty. When I got home, I was surprised by a text linking to an inspection page I wasn't told anything about. The truck was dirty both outside and inside, and (as I am sure UHaul is aware) the photo upload system *does not work* properly and a photo is required to report the truck as dirty. I spent almost an hour trying to upload photos of the dirty truck, and then was locked out because time had expired. The website has been a nightmare through and through. Super glitchy.Sarah Z.

This applies to corporate, not any particular location: The first customer rep that called me Friday was rude because I didn't want to return a truck to Bloomington even though she offered a whopping $30 discount. Second one that called me Friday to tell me they wouldn't have a truck for me at all was professional and pleasant. Obviously not pleased that even though I made a reservation, the truck I reserved was not available. I ended up with a trailer and the staff in Bloomington was wonderful!Lesa D.
Signed up for mobile pickup had to wait 20 min in line to get the key that was supposed to be in the lock box. Also waited 10 min to get the call for my back up validation that is required by the app. The Dolly i paid for was not available. The app kept reloading and was not able to upload and comment on one of the pre rental pics. The truck said oil change required. Overall it took me 45 minutes to rent this truck for a move that was 5 min away. NEVER again.Sherri W.

It appears I was erroneously charged for an extra day. When I initially picked up the equipment, the customer in front of me was trying to correct the same problem, causing a long delay. The return location was very hard to get in to drop off the trailer very tight space!! Plus I had an agent call me to return the trailer early if possible which I did then U-haul turned around and charged me an early return fee of $20!! Not good customer service in my opinion.Mary K.
Great service overall. Only complaint with the whole experience is following a blow out of the inside dual left rear tire, when the repair guys showed up, they identified cord was showing thru on the outside left dual which they changed on the spot along with the blown inside tire. We were approx 750 miles into a 1150 mile trip and that distance should not have worn the tire that much indicating it was fairly evident the vehicle was dispatched with at least one bad tire and probably both left duals were bad. Other than that, no issues, Megan at your roadside assistance call center was fantastic on a holiday, great service and very prompt dispatch getting the service vehicle to our location. Once arrived, Westside Tire from Tallahassee was fantastic, personable, professional and quickly got us back on the road. Thanks for the great service Megan and Westside Tire.larry V.

It took an hour and a half to finalize pickup. We we were that someone would be right with us. We waited and no one cameâ€¦.they even closed on us!! We had to knock and have someone open the door and finally help us! When we went to turn in the truck, no one was in the building. I called out, multiple times, to no response. After 10 minutes, one person arrived, but would not help me as she had received a call about someone needing to rent a truck. Eventually another employee came to help me (after I had been waiting for about 15 minutes). There was no record of the change of trailer (made two nights before), and she was too busy (there were now 4 customers waiting in line) for me to tell her the remaining electrical problems with the truck. The next customer who tries to attach a trailer to that truck will discover the problems.Rober N.
