Wasn't informed, either with the online booking or at the time of pick-up, that the store closed at 4:30, so was surprised to get a call at 4:45 asking when I was planning on returning the truck because they had already closed. Fortunately no extra charges or anything.

Computer registration is too slow. I have been in the past and all my account information had to be entered again. They need to reduce the registration time to make it faster and improve the computer system to make the registration.

We were disappointed in the quantity of gas in the truck (3/8 of a tank) when we picked it up. Additionally, when we asked how much gas to put in the truck for a 60 mile journey, we were told to fill to 3/4. We did as suggested and ended having over a half tank of gas left. Therefore, we probably spent $20-$25 too much on gas.

I was suppose to be charged 150.00, when I returned the uhaul I was charged 250.00.. I filled the tank back up and everything. I want my refund back of the extra.

Transmission had a one-time glitch -- wouldn't go into Drive (the "D" just blinked). I shut off engine, recycled everything, and it worked fine. Reported that when I turned truck in and I think they took my report seriously. Truck, otherwise, worked well and it was good to deal with the employees.

The gas tank should be full when you puck it up, would be much easier just to fill it up when completed, than trying to locate the proper amount on the gas gauge. I am sure it is better foe U-Haul cause people are always going to put extra in to avoid the 4.00 per gallon charge. Otherwise everything was ok.

Jim was not very eager to help and seemed to have heartburn when I said “Yes” to his inquiry to whether I wanted a hard copy of the receipt.
