Reservation times were not correct. Did not ensure I received the equipment I paid for. Sent me on a goose chase to get a refund for the equipment I paid for because they did not have it.

MALACHY NThe U-Haul app gave me fits and would not provide me the reservation I had. I had to call support. I was also told that my 12-hr reservation from 5PM to 5AM for a 9’ van was not available at the location reserved and had to take a 15’ truck. Why accept the reservation at the location if it was not available? I wasted over an hour of time trying to sort all of this out!
Alma CThe cab was filthy. The passenger side mirror was loose and needed constant readjustment. I requested 12 moving blankets of which I was told none were available. I opened the cargo area to find 11 blankets in a pile. While I appreciate the free blankets it makes me wonder how well they control and maintain inventory. Only reason I would recommend this location is because they had more trucks on the lot than they could manage.
