The trailer was filthy inside with some dirt and gravel and a film over the bottom that all of our furniture picked up. The location was workable but it was tight getting the trailer in and out of with too many other trailers in the way and other debris that seemed to be part of other services the place offered

SAUNDRA DFirstly it took an hour inside of the store to even check it it was very unorganized, secondly there was something wrong with the truck and it shook horribly, thirdly I was told I would get charged for a 20 ft because they didn't have one when I reserved it and was given a 26 ft and charged for a 24 ft and lastly I was charged $35 for gas when I replaced all of the gas I used, it was checked out at 11/16th and I replaced with 3/4 tank. It states I returned it after 11 at night and it was 8 something when we dropped it off
FAYE EI was given wrong information that i could change the card on file after handing the keys for drop off through the email i would get. Customer service chats told me that is not true
