The guy at front need to actually check your paperwork to see if you got the right trailer dropped off because I could've just drop the trailer off and left because I got a call from U-Haul week later asking if I dropped off the trailer and I did serve the dude never checked in
William N.The U-haul was not cleaned prior to us picking it up. The person who drove it around to the front for us had to clean out 5 or 6 water bottles from the front, some of which were not filled with water. The back was very dirty and we had to sweep it out before we could load anything in to it.
