Allow the 6 X 12 utility trailers to be used on a one way basis. Forcing the customer to rent the more expensive car hauler is not a way to build customer loyalty. I realize this is a corporate rule, but as a dealer you need to put pressure on corporate.

We picked up TT1155J Saturday morning 10/13/18, truck was very dirty in both the cab and the box, looks like the previous renters used it to haul dry wall or some building equipment, dust everywhere in box, had to put plastic down to keep our furniture clean. Inside of cab looks like they had muddy hands all over the steering wheel.

The truck was filthy. When I went to pick up the trailer and truck I was told I would have to rent a Reese hitch. I questioned that I had rented a truck to pull a trailer I also rented and you are telling me the ball hitch to connect the two is something else I need to rent? I considered this absolute bullshit and believe the guy telling me this was trying to bump up my costs. Luckily the guy doing my paperwork I feel was more honest and put the reese hitch as part of my rental. I won't do this again

Check out was a bit frightening. A man named Chris who identified himself as the owner of Southside Rentals approached me and offered to take the keys. I politely declined and put them in the dropbox. On checking the vehicle back in, the website froze and I was not given instructions for turning the keys back in.

The staff was so kind and courteous. The U-Haul server crashed midway through my transaction and the Man I was working with at South Side Rentals stayed calmed and collected and knew just what to do and who to call to get it fixed. From there I got to drive a very new 9” ford van that had all the perks of a modern car including remote locks. They even offered moral support and a laugh when I arrived back with a heavily damaged IPhone 8 Plus that fell from my pocket while I was shutting the door of the van earlier in the day. Things happen and for all that South Side Rental could do for me they went above and beyond. By far the best U-Haul partner in Bloomington!

You can fill out the order correctly. I explicitly turned down the additional insurance when I made my reservation, and confirmed that verbally when I picked up the van. Yet I was still billed for the insurance, and have been waiting all day for a response form U-Haul. They have not responded to my email inquiries, and a phone message left at the location has not gotten a response. Not a huge deal, but just sloppy and time-consuming.

check on license plate expiration dates. I rented a 4ft by 8 ft one way trailer and noticed after I had left Indiana that the tag on the trailer was expired in March of 2018. Upon drop off I notified the employee of this problem.

When I sent to drop off the trailer, the guy said he did not have room for the trailer and I should drop it someplace else. I was not informed to drop it some place else and he only agreed to let me drop it when I found a place to put it.

Charged for fuel when I had refueled to 3/4 tank. Requested a refund which was given but account was also charged an additional $10.45 after I called about the fuel issue. When I called the Rental Location they had no record of the additional $10.45 charge and said that I needed to call 1 800 GoUhaul. I'm currently on hold and the recorded message suggests submitting a review to resolve issues so submitting this now. My issue is not resolved as there is a $10.45 charge on my card.

Your Uhaul App has problems. I had to restart the 'return truck' process 3 times due to run time errors as I was finalizing the return process. I love the ride share option, but the app process needs some fine tuning as a 5 minute turn in took me almost 20 minutes because of the errors.

Could not find drop off location. I tried calling the number and it wasn’t correct! I had to drive around and find another location. VERY INCONVENIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!
