Van wasn't in the cleanest condition - you could tell that there was some sort of liquid that hadn't been cleaned up. I can only speculate as to what that liquid actually was, but the van smelled like a weird combination of urine and vomit.

Because of the COVID pandemic, the check-in process was a little slow - the sales associate had to walk back and forth from the outside station and the terminal that was inside

Gas mileage per gallon was better than i thought. I left the tank full, when it was only 3/4 at pick up. It would be nice to get a credit applied for future rentals.

I was given ripped straps, rusty chains, and no safety pin for the tow hitch. Also given false information on extending the rental date by a day or two as customer service refused to see me one more day for free, and charged me for any overages of my military Permanent Change of Station.

We had a great experience with the 24/7 check in. We got the truck at 7 am The only Problem we had was when they sent us the message for the activation code there was no activation code to get the key out of the box so I had to call customer service. The customer service gave me the code but then she very quickly said “I have to go”! Which I thought was very rude Over all great transaction.

They were handling the influx of college students extremely well, and were able to rent me a van for a short while despite the high demand. It was clean and ready to go, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were amazing!

Not a big deal but the key for the ignition is getting worn and requires the knowledge of partially pulling out the key in order to turn it. The mobile phone pickup and drop off is convenient. The rental was a very positive experience.

Has nothing to do with location, however, I arrived around 4:45 pm to return my rental and the store apparently closed at 4:30 pm. I was told my Rental was due back at the same time of pickup what was 5 pm. Paid for an extra day at the pickup location and based on the pickup time I had until 5 pm to return. I shouldn't have been charged an extra $40 for 1 hour past the time put on paperwork when I was told an extra day was paid for and return time was 5 pm

Since we'll be in the pandemic a while, and safety measures mean customers have to wait outside the store, maybe a portable awning would increase the comfort of customers so they don't have to stand in the blazing sun or rain.

Yes for other rentals but the issue with cleanliness in equipment in which one sits and drives is inexcusable especially during a pandemic . It was as if I was sitting in a petri dish even after I cleaned the truck three times with Clorox wipes that came back filthy.

They called me at 2pm demanding the trailer be returned NOW. When in fact it wouldn't have been 24 hours until 3:11 pm because of the time difference from where I rented. Again, never received a contract from where I rented, never knew the EXACT drop off time. It was dropped off by 6pm on the date of return and I was charged an overage fee.
