I didn’t interact with anyone for drop off. The parking lot is on an incline so it’s a little stressful to park the truck.

EPI RThey rented me a car dolly that was badly damaged and it could not transport a car. I was 100 miles away and could not take it back. I had to rent another one and pay twice the amount to tow my car home. I also had to drive an extra 100 miles to locate a car dolly from Uhaul. Uhaul should reimburse me for the extra dolly I had to rent and for the extra mileage and time. Terrible, terrible service and costly due to dealers error.
