I would love to give these guys an excellent review, however we rented a trailer for one day and were charged for 3 days! Mason point so our $24 rental turned into an almost $81 rental. I cannot get anybody to give me a refund or answer me even.Heather C.

Left the trailer after-hours. Went to the website to turn trailer in but it wouldn't load. Supposed to check it in on my smart phone but the phone is smarter than me and was unable to do it. Called the uhaul number and the customer service person took my information. Received my receipt the next day. Would be nice to have a friendlier check in site on my phone without having to download another app.RONALD M.

The truck has sticky stuff in it. But the biggest thing is they need a better online system. I rented a uhaul truck in the city in I was moving out of a month a head of time and then come the day we are moving they say that they don't have any rentals available in the city...... no one called me the night before to fix it or inform me. I am not sure why I could rent it if it would be unavailable. It took a little bit to fix and I ended up have to drive 45 minutes to the next city to get a truck, drive back, pack and then drive back to that city to unload and give the truck back. They thankfully gave me double miles and a bigger truck because that is what they had. It ended up working well with the bigger truck but the online system needs to be improved and I know this has happened with others. If there isn't anything available we need to know way ahead of time or make sure with other rentals that the drop off dates coinside with a pickup. It was an unnecessary thing that could have been avoided. We would have been in trouble without a truck at all.noah H.

The car transport trailer's tires were well below the required 50psi (one was 19psi). I was unable to contact U-Hauls customer service, being on hold for up to five minutes. I called 7x and was unable to use their after hours automated drop off through their app. I believe this was a U-Haul national problem, not the local dealer's fault.WILLIAM BRENT B.

Trailer was wrecked , safety chain was missing on the trailer . The guy said he was open until 6 pm I arrived at 4 pm no one around . Called me at 5:30 after I missed my appointment to take my bike I rented it for the next day so I didn't have to worry about it being there then when I was late bring it back I was charged for 2 days . I will never ever recommend or rent another trailer from u haul againBranden M.

The man at Cheyenne was completely rude! To the point I got teary eyed out of frustration (because moving across the country by myself isn't stressful enough!) He then yelled at me because he said he couldn't handle crying and left the room. He came back in and got going on my reservation. My original reservation was to drop off in Wenatchee, Washington and I asked him to change my drop off location for the truck and the trailer to Post Falls, Idaho. This pissed him off even more! He changed the drop off for the truck but didn't do the trailer so there was major confusion at the drop off point. Again I was by myself and needed guidance getting my car on the trailer. At first he refused and then said he would have to charge me....I didnt car if it cost anything I just needed some help! I was so flustered and frustrated when I left my head was spinning!Darla N.

Tune-up u hauls and make sure it is mechanically checked thoroughly for any problem needs attention. Work with customer's toward weather condition where they are going, instead of adding more money to the customers issue when it shouldn't be. Traveling in the winter is a problem when the U Haul business doesn't work with customers.Thomas C.

I had several issues trying to rent using the uhaul website. The website is worthless in my opinion. However, went to my local uhaul and the man behind the counter fixed everything the website messed up. He worked out a better deal for me on both ends and was very helpful.Brian Douglas R.

This feedback is for sign East location. My drop off should've been with them she even called Claire in the district office for instruction and didn't follow recommendations. I was supposed to drop my rental off at Cheyenne East location and she refused to allow me to take it because in Elkhorn Nebraska and they edited my location drop off she was rude and refused to help me.
