James B.I spoke with Maryellen who collected my information to make my reservation. She repeatedly told me the truck i needed would have a hitch to tow the trailer/rv from the location i was in (my stay limit had expired). I was rushing to get the truck, arrived and no one was at the location. The feild manager walked me through the online process and i hopped in the truck. I got 25 miles up the street and realized that i had no hitch and no pin. I spoke wjth Felicia who promptly took care of everything i needed. I was so grateful because i had been crying and was very upset about the whole thing. She did not let that get the best of her. She helped me by being patient and showing empathy. She connected me to another store where i spoke with Lindsay at the main uhaul store in cheyenne and she sent me on my way with everything i needed to. I am so grateful to Felicia and Lindsay for the customer service and customer care. Please give these ladies a raise ASAP!
