This reservation was a mess from its inception. They couldn't find a truck for us, they scheduled a call with a "truck tracker" who never called. The reservation was for Friday through Sunday. They cancelled the reservation, then reinstated it. Even though there was a credit card attached to my phone number, at the time of pick up they claimed there wasn't. They extended the reservation until Monday and charged us for it even though that wasn't the original reservation and we returned the truck Sunday evening. A lot of ethics questions here and money taken for services not rendered.

Loved the rental pick up location, the in person service was great. I was not a fan of having to get in person customer service. My overall ratings for the entire trip and experience is 1 star for U-Haul as a company. I do not feel valued as a customer and don’t believe that the company’s customer service or reliability is good. They were saved by my pick up location guy being good. Really unimpressed overall, just as expensive if not more expensive than competitors, and really unreliable.

billy dI had to travel 40 miles to pick up my truck. You would think with 3 locations in Laramie Wy. A truck could be available in the town I rented it from. I was also initially charged for the extra miles. This also caused having to take 2 hours more off week to keep on schedule.
