I went in after dropping off the truck. On Saturday the 22nd of August 2026. To speak with Bob This guy working was very rude to me, disrespectful. To much to type,when I left after inter action with him I so upset and felt threatened, I was leaving the guy was taking pics of my vehicle . I pulled over called u - hual and complained. Was told it would be forward to a Regional Mgr. I was given the phone number to the President out Casper Paige Moore who I called twice I was told she get back to me never heard from her. So I went in to speak to Bob,he heard what had to say,said he would talk his employee. He was shocked to hear about taking pics and his actions. I'm sure it's on camera .Cheyenne Southside location.

Ralph CThere were no personnel present as this was primarily a self service/dropoff location. Conveniently this location does not charge the $20 late fee. I chose this location due to the $100 discount and it was worth that I think.
