There were no personnel present as this was primarily a self service/dropoff location. Conveniently this location does not charge the $20 late fee. I chose this location due to the $100 discount and it was worth that I think.

Pick up and drop off were easy. People were friendly. The cost and fee for the rental were what we expected. We needed more time and had no problem getting approved for a later drop off time.
JESSICA CWhat is the purpose of having a reservation if you can’t guarantee the equipment I reserved. The customer service was poor. Being told, “I should be happy I have a truck” when made a reservation 6 weeks in advance is unacceptable
