Patrick TProperly train the personnel. I was not given any real information. When I returned the truck, he did not record the time I retuned the truck or check the condition or the fuel consumption. He just said uhaul will send you a receipt. Over the years I've rented from Uhaul, and I must say, this was by far my worst experience. .

brian pI was immediately accosted about perspectives of faith by the owner because of a Jesus shirt I was wearing. I was also on a time crunch to begin moving and the owner did failed to acknowledge my need to move forward with the process but instead delayed me. He got irritated when I called customer service but then speeded up the process.

gregory gThe overall location was not an issue. I didn't immediately notice the U-Haul sign so it seemed a little sketchy when we were dropped off by the Uber driver. The cargo box of the truck was a little dirty. The gentleman at the location was excellent and truck itself was otherwise good.

JOHNERTON GThe rental vehicle was filthy and disgusting inside!! The only thing that worked good was the A/C!! This place is located in a bad area and I will never rent from them again. The owner was rude at first and very short. Needs customer service training on how to communicate properly!! Van was not full of fuel and the fuel light came on almost immediately after getting on the highway. Van was a mess!! Will never rent from Uhaul again.
Terence HMr Sox made the process very simple and easy. He even helped in my struggle with my smartphone. I recommend Sox on Bankhead to anyone who needs to rent a truck.

Which was a stretch from the initial price, the truck had missing parts to the back hatch, it didn’t handle well on the road like there was something wrong with the steering, thank god the air actually worked, and last but not least the tenant was very strangely talking to me.

carlos cI received the worst truck the engine light was on and it barley switched gears and thats not it the driver mirror swung from the front of the truck to the back. Then it took all day to get it towed from my house so i missed a day of work. Very dissatisfied and then i was still charged an extra $100 for what i dont know.

Jamaica WMy experience was frustrating, unnecessarily repetitive, and means I doubt I will use uhaul again. From the 5 or 6 calls to finalize a reservation, from 3 different price quotes, all the way to an invoice that was the highest charges possible, my experience was only positive because I got a new van with only 255 miles delivered by a man without complications. That man, Brian I believe was his name, should get a raise, and your reservation people should be retrained.
John dThe person at this location is rude and unprofessional. I had reserved the truck a couple of weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was told that there was no truck available!! The person’s attitude was very nonchalant. He said that’s how U-Haul does things. Fortunately before I pulled away, someone showed up with a truck. It was larger than the truck that I ordered, but better than nothing. I was very disappointed that this transpired especially since I had made a reservation. I would be reluctant to use this location in the future!!
Cheryl WTruck was VERY DIRTY and had NO gas in it. I had to go straight to the gas station as soon as I got in the truck. There was broken glass on the floor. The truck was extremely dirty. I will never rent here again
Jennifer JThe store owner was very responsive and knowledgably about Uhaul equipment and rental. The store opens at 10 am on Saturday, but because my reservation time set at 8 am, the owner went there early to prepare my truck. All the dollies and pad I reserved are available. The truck was clean and well maintained. The only con about this location is the neighborhood. I wouldn't choose to come here for a uhaul appointment if not because 15' truck is only available here and uhaul assigned me to this location. Overall, I am satisfied with this experience.

Felton MI had a reservation set for another location. They said that there were none available. I found this location after being sent on a wild goose chase. Everything went smoothly after I was connected to this place.

aaron wI would need a suggestion of the places I could have chosen instead of given one location. The location was in a privately owned store in a not so nice area. The guy had to set up the laptop on a cardboard box and took ages to get my truck keys. 10/10 would not recommend this location.
Nehel I20 years using Uhaul services due to my military service. Never a problem until now, the trailer was extremely dirty and the inside floor was cover with a layer of oil. We bought some cardboard boxes to cover the stain and protect our cargo. Unacceptable. Hopefully this will never happen again.
JOSE CThe U-Haul was given to us with a low tire. The owner isn’t accessible during normal shared business hours so communication was subpar. You can improve on communication with customers and provide a quality truck and trailer that will withstand a drive.
Dwaine CI had chosen a pick up location that was half a mile from my house and in an area I was comfortable in. I was reassigned this location one night before. I called and questioned it, though this is supposedly the nearest location with the truck available that I needed. This new location was 25 minutes away in an area that was out of my comfort zone to say the least. It was run down and felt unsafe. Sox on Bankhead was a lingerie store that I was scared to go in. Had I not had my significant other there, I would not have gone in. This location also did not have the furniture pads that I had ordered and was counting on. It was an awful experience and I am greatly disappointed.

Ken MI have used Uhaul on many occasions, this by far was the worse experience with the most UNPROFESSIONAL owner of this branch. I am shocked at my experience. I prebook with my company card through an agency to have a truck picked up. When we go to pick up the truck the "OWNER" of this Uhaul branch told us we have to hold the truck on another card, even though the representative who set this booking up for me allowed me to hold the truck with my companies card. She informed me that at drop off after using the truck, the owner of that card must be present. (Which is me) When my coworker arrives he is told he must use his card to hold. So he does. When he gets in the truck it was DISGUSTING and had no gas! First off, this is during a pandemic where sanitizing is needed. It seemed as though the truck has never been wiped down on the inside. Also, may I add that this uhaul pickup was inside a lingerie store that had his "side business" as this uhaul branch. Then later after I go with my coworker to drop the truck off so I can charge on my company card, the RUDE "owner" tells me I am not allowed to change cards. He said he has never done that before and that his lingerie business comes first. He was rude, seemed like he had been drunk as well. I am DISGUSTED that uhaul allows anyone to branch with them. I will never use uhaul again, and I will tell everyone how awful my experience was and my coworkers.
Tyler U... retail distributors are ruining your brand. That was a horrible experience. You will lose more money having experiences like that turn a customer away from uhaul than you do making money on the location.
