I was initially set to return the truck to Ben’s Auto in Rancho Cucamonga. When I arrived there at the drop off time, I was told the facility was full and I needed to take the truck to another location. I was somewhat upset and insisted to know where I should take the truck. The rep gave an address approximately 2 miles away. While there were 2 other U-Haul truck parked outside the location, the store front SP Auto wasn’t open for business. After waiting several minutes, their front door unlocked and I left the truck keys with the person at SP Auto.

Very frustrated: 1. Wrong pick up address was provided by the U-Haul app, I lost an hour trying to pick up online in another U-haul rental place. 2. I was overcharged twice, for no reason. I rented 7-8 hours. 3. I used only a dozen of moving blankets, but was charged as if I used 10 dozens, I communicated this to an assistant, they didn’t adjust the price
