Very frustrated: 1. Wrong pick up address was provided by the U-Haul app, I lost an hour trying to pick up online in another U-haul rental place. 2. I was overcharged twice, for no reason. I rented 7-8 hours. 3. I used only a dozen of moving blankets, but was charged as if I used 10 dozens, I communicated this to an assistant, they didn’t adjust the price
