The location was unmanned. The problem was the app! The Uhaul app would not complete my registration, even after chatting online with a help specialist. After five tries and resetting my password, I could log in, but when I was using the Return process in the app, which requires location mapping and uploading several photos, the app crashed three times over, which was a frustrating waste of time!!!

It was a little confusing to actually find the truck. It was off in an area not around all of the other UHauls. I was not giving the proper tools I paid for. I didn't realize until after I got to my destination since this was a mobile pick up. It made my move way more difficult than I had intended.

Did not get the vehicle size I requested, but the lady attending my booking was gracious and went out of her way to help me in the given scenario, which helped in meeting my schedule with the moving help I had booked.

The personal were nice and respectful. How ever the truck on the other hand was not so nice this day. On one of the hottest days of the year so far there was no air conditioning working in the truck and by this I mean it was just blowing out warm air. It got so hot in the cab at times that i had to pull over at times just to cool off in my wife's car and then continue driving. I do feel something like this should be checked before hand and the driver should be compensated in the bill some how. I used u-haul before in the past and was satisfied with the trucks but this experience was not the best. Other than that everything else was fine.

Process is annoying. Pictures .. questions .. etc. what I thought was gonna be a few dollars for the rental turned into over 100.

A positive experience from start to finish. Ivan was very knowledgeable The reps at Spare Cube were most polite. This is the second time I've rented from this location and would definitely go back there again and highly recommend for renting a U Haul vehicle.

My reservation timed out in the middle of trying to do a mobile pickup. After spending 25 minutes on hold the agent who picked up did not know how to help me so she put me back on hold for another 25 minutes until someone could help me. Despite not being able to access the van until almost 2 hours after my reservation started and returning it an hour early I was still charged full price. You need to take $19.95 off your vehicles because it's a fat lie and there's no way anyone could come close to that. I paid $150 and it was ALL SELF SERVE. Spend some of that extra money I gave you on more people to answer the phones during the busiest move weekend each month please.
