Poor customer service at check-in, didn’t verify my vehicle could tow this unit and or even walk out to help attach the equipment and verify I was attaching it correctly. They watched from the window. The equipment itself had two passenger side tires that were literally bald, wires showing, checked & weathered with chunks of rubber missing the size of half dollars. To think they sent me on my way to drive my 1974 Chevy C10 classic 5000+ miles in this condition. They broke our agreement stating they were well equipped and safe/reliable. I didn’t know I need to be UH’s mechanic for the day. Lost a whole day because of it.
Andrew JCab could be cleaner and windows. Also mechanically, vehicle should be inspected prior to rental. Missing bolts on left front brake caliper. Didn’t discover immediately but heard the noise immediately and finally figured out what it was.

ETHAN GThis is run down gas station in the middle of nowhere. I pulled up, unhitched the trailer and went to the website to when a very curt woman began telling me "I can't check you in if you're on the mobile app". I explained the only thing I did was open the app and she repeated her previous statement. She was just very rude. Came to find out, my wife had entered the business to buy drinks while I was unhitching the trailer earlier and she was just as rude to her saying the same statements she did with me. My wife left the store without buying a thing due to her rudeness. Your business relationship with this convenience store needs to be terminated immediately. If you don't want to take my word for it, have a Uhaul employee try to drop off a trailer there. She was just a crabby, repellant lady that will cost you business.

CHRISTOPHER WFriendly service. Had the vehicle and trailer ready to go before I even got there. Customer service rep provided helpful advice. Very happy with my rental.
Bryson JI had to hook up the trailer , then had to prove it was correct. It was iced up, and required the clerk’s attention, he came out and said it was good enough until I jumped on my bumper and it came off. No instruction on equipment, other than handing me the printed copy. Did not show features or proper way, just print out. License plate light was burned out, he said it was already noted. I did not see it on my form???

Irene Bit's the only place in town. when i turned the key in... they didn't speak a word... they just took the key... seemed confused... and walked away... i did the mobile checkin so I was done and left

charles nPlease coordinate with Sherri at this location for proper times of service and update the website. I was told I could show up "any time before 7 [pm]" for pickup from an associate at a location office in Anchorage. So I changed my reservation from 4:30 to 6:45 as I had a local function that evening (serving this locations pizza). When I showed up I had to do everything but beg on my knees to checkout the Uhaul. My reservation wasn't changed in the system either, so I really didn't have much of a leg to stand on. It would have screwed up the next several days had they not done me a favor. These locations don't get paid enough (percentage) for the headache and issues like this.

charles nWe needed to rent a uhaul to salvage all our belongings from the snow covered ditch after I hit black ice and our trailer flipped 70 miles from the pick up location. The woman who rented me the uhaul was very understanding and accommodating and quick to get us back on the road.
William DCruise control would be nice. Vehicle ran good blankets was clean. Need to improve tie downs. Rig the box van with e track. The service on renting the van box truck was very good.
Larry NThe cost of the uhaul was about $350 for a 2 day rental. I was told initially told $50 a day! I will never rent a uhaul again.

Martin PA reminder of hours of operation since it appears to be a gas station (which would lend itself to the idea that the location is 24 hours). I did make it in barely before they closed but that was more luck than planning.

Harlan MI requested snow tires for the trailer because we would hit snow in the mountains but was told U Haul did not provide them.It was suggested we might stop before the mountains to see if another U Haul dealer would swap our 12 foot trailer with one that had snow tires. She told me would probably have to repack our things into the new trailer. Really? All we needed was a pair of snow tires!! It is winter in NH - have snow tires available !!

The next day a young man was there who was very helpful and POLITE, his name was Brian. He helped me hook up the car trailer, checked the lights and had me on my way in no time.
