Kyle OI had the absolute worst experience with this U-Haul rental. I was charged so much more than I should have been. I was charged for 176 miles, and there is absolutely no way that is correct. The truck sat in my driveway for 3 out of the 4 days that we had it. I only drove it for one day and I live 8.5 miles away from the rental place. I was told at the rental place that they have pictures of the odometer before I rented it and after. They must have gotten the pictures mixed up with another U-Haul that they have there. Besides the miles we were charged 35.00 for using a hand truck which I specifically told the man when I rented the truck that I did not need. I was charged 20.00 for gas meanwhile I returned the truck with the same amount (1/4 of tank) as when I rented it. I was charged 75.00 for insurance which I did not agree to. In total I paid 646.72 for this rental that should have not been more than maybe 250. Also I was charged 5 times all different prices totaling 1150.39!!! My account is now negative and I will be charged approximately 140 in overdraft fees. I rented the truck they told me I would only be charged 100 authorization and then charged the total when I brought the truck back. When the truck was returned they then refunded 646.72 and charged me AGAIN 611.72!! Meanwhile all the other charges are still there (285.37, 130.38, 61.47, 61.45) I am calling my bank immediately to dispute the charges and calling every number I can find for U-Haul to complain.

Howard MNobody was present at the time of the scheduled check-in. I had to call the operator to assist and only then I had to obtain the keys through contactless format. I was not too pleased to wait 45 minutes, in the heat, knowing that I only had a few hours to vacate the rest of my belongings from my previous home.

diana lI picked up my truck at 830pm. the parking lot is completely unlit, with the exception of one streetlight over the entrance. in addition, my truck was parked as far back in the lot as possible, in a dark corner, which forced me to use my phone's flashlight to inspect the truck before leaving the lot. It also made it impossible to send a selfie to uhaul without leaving the location - I had to walk into another parking lot that was better lit to be able to take a recognizable selfie. I would not recommend this location to anyone who needs to pick up outside of normal business hours.
Katherine MAlthough staff was friendly and truck was clean, there was no option to drop truck off at alternate location so we had to drive it an hour back. This doubled our mileage and the mileage fee is insane. We have rented uhaul trucks enough times to know that these rates were much higher then the average. Will not be using any uhaul trucks in the future if they continue these rates and call them “cheap.” Almost $300 for less then a day. Crazy.
Caitlyn LThe key would not unlock the driver side door. I had to unlock and enter the passenger side. Once inside the lock was manually opened and it worked. Key in Ignition was OK. Tried to lock driver door at end and did not work.

HAROLD CDid not leave me a key delaying my rental until the next day. Headlight did not work making the van unusable for about 24 hours of my rental time. Cost me money on Ubers because the keys were missing and I couldn’t drive the van the first night as expected. Tried to call customer service for help wait was over 20 min. Had to extended rental because of these issues and got charged a fee. Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend UHaul
