the location and pick up was great. my issue was with the u haul app and the requirements. the amount of photos needed before and after the pickup is ridiculous. i did not have greta service at the pickup spot and could not even submit the photos before leaving the lot or when dropping off the vehicle. the app is a complete piece of crap and those type of requirements should be reviewed.

I had trouble with app/mobile connectivity at the location. The performance of the app was very slow in uploading pictures so much slower that I disabled wifi to move it faster. The app was appearing to be in 'loading status' so long I thought it crashed a couple of times, but when I took off wifi, it went faster. The location of pickup/drop was good and convenient. The vehicle was clean and overall me my need.
JOHN PSpeed Demon Cycles was great - very helpful and efficient with the check in and check out process. U-Haul, however, was a lot more expensive than we thought it would be - might go another route in the future for short/local moving.
Kristine WDrop off location staff was rude. They made me get the picture of the dash for checking mileage of the truck. It should be their responsibility. Very bad experience from this location. Something should be done by Uhaul to get trained well mannered employees.

Lohith KThose horror stories you hear about UHaul? In my recent experience, they do NOT apply to Speed Demon Cycles UHaul in Bloomfield Connecticut and not the van I rented. No problems at all, smooth and friendly in the office. Van was in good order and met my needs well.

Gian FOnline reservation process made things easy. Had a minor issue with the return process as I could not get the return location of the vehicle confirmed in the app. Tried several times before just putting the keys in the drop box and assuming everything would be ok.
