After 8 years of having my personal belongings in this facility, my unit was broken into by someone that had a code to get in to the facility. My unit was the only one, thought that when you had a code and used it that they would be able to associate it to the person the code belonged to, it doesn't. I remember that you had to have a code to get in at all times. Now the facility is wide open to anyone from the time they open to the time they close the office. Therefore, anyone can come and go. I lost alot of antiques to someone that has a unit there. Alot of my late husbands uniforms and belongings, my grandmother's homemade quilts, and other antiques from someone in that facility. Thought my things were always safe they arent. Thought they had fourteen cameras like their ad says on the web, they have four. Still disappointed.

sandra M.They were very accommodating - but it was very frustrating that I reserved a 26ft over a month prior and was only able to get a 20ft and then had to add a trailer. That has much less to do with the location and more to do with dispatch.

I stopped by one Uhaul store & they directed me to another that had what I needed and I had rented a truck & a dolly & was on my way back home in no time at all. They all were very helpful & instead of being in a town waiting for endless time & bills from a tow company, mechanics, motels I paid a flat rate & was on my way. Thanks Uhaul.

Joe W.Just customer service.. the lady was nice but she needs to speed up the pace. If I'm getting charged for 6 hrs starting at 9:05am but over half hour of that is waiting on her, her printer and trying to locate the other guy to unlock fence. Then the guy hooking up trailer was super slow. Like I said they were very nice people but getting charged for time that I dont even get to use the trailer is wrong.

micheal E.Unfortunately we did not get off to a good start with Uhaul. We reserved our truck well in advance & were told it would be ready at 9:30am. The person who had the truck before us did not return it on time. Not Uhauls fault you say. My question is why schedule everything so close. Why would Uhaul in a town the size of Cheyenne have one 26ft truck? As a result we had a terribly long day.
Phyllis K.The computer/printer system was down for almost an hour. That place needs an "IT" upgrade, and they called uhaul center and u haul said they whole system was down??? Caused a wait and back log.
Michelle L.Was sent to drop off a trailer at location outside the metro area, it was after-hours but told it was OK. Got there, place was fenced. Was very uneasy about leaving the trailer along side the gravel road, but felt like we were doing as told.

Uhaul NEVER has held up to where I have agreed to pick up the equipment and I've had to drive 3 or more hours round trip to pick up what I need. The truck came very damaged and the oil change light was on the entire trip. I was only reimbursed $50 for the inconvenience...nowhere close to what it cost me to get my equipment. VERY VERY disappointed!!!
