The lady was really nice and help me out but should have not let the situation escalate to me getting a text today that I didn't return the 20 foot truck and car transport.

Brenda was the highlight of my experience. I was sent to this location by the equipment management group which somehow failed to transfer my truck pickup to the location. Brenda got me all squared away and worked over time to make sure I had a positive experience. A definite star!

Angel LKnow your equipment and software. You didnt know what trucks you had, what keys you had, how to open a lock box, and our truck was full of pads and a dolly we didnt even want. She was quite friendly but no idea why she represents uhaul. Seemed like they were new.
