Uhaul changed my reservation without my consent and overcharged me without authorization. I was guaranteed the pick up and drop off location when I booked my reservation. Uhaul substituted a one way reservation out of state to a intown reservation without notifying me. This was a complete misjudgment by the scheduler who should have cancelled my reservation when they didn't have the equipment. I am hoping to speak to a a manager about honoring my original price of 144$ and waiving any gas fees that were incurred from having to return a vehicle back across state lines. Due to this poor judgement on U-Haul part and changing a customers reservation without notifying or getting their consent, I was left stranded with a toddler and no car seat to return safely 1.5 hours away from my original drop off location. Uhaul put my family at risk, my own safety at risk and cost me hundreds of dollars from their schedulers lack of judgement. I am very upset and I my toddler was too as we sat in the side of the road of a busy highway with no way to get home for 2 hours until we could get a ride back to our new home (99miles away). Sadly our Happy first move in day was ruined due to the scheduler in charge of my reservation who made a mistake and changed my reservation without getting my verbal consent. This scheduler needs to be trained sadly as this was a terrible decision that put my family in what could have been a dangerous situation.Charles R.

I wasn't asked if I wanted to purchase insurance. It was automatically applied to my bill. Also upon returning, there were marks on the bumper and the lady was going to penalize me for damages. Luckily I went over and wiped off the marks myself. Other than this. The service was great.DENNIS S.
