I picked up the truck, it developed an engine overheating warning while I drove it to my house. I had to have it serviced in my driveway - my window to move was short and we had a timeline to leave for Toronto where I was leaving the truck. The delay caused us to be unable to load and take the truck and meet our timeline. I then had to return the truck to a Uhaul location before I left as I was told the haul account would remain open until I looked after the return. I had to make my own way to Toronto without a truck and delayed by 3 hours due to all of this. It was a terrible experience. Had nothing to do with the pickup or drop-off location and more to do with having a truck that was not properly serviced, and then it becoming my responsibility to coordinate the service your truck and the return of your truck. Terrible.
