Poor POOR customer service at this U-Hual provider. Staff are lazy and did not properly check the equiptment out and in. Had to insist for staff to connect the trailer and take off. Had to call 800# customer service to properly do the check out and correct invoice! BEWARE!

AT not hooked up to truck nor explained. I was given keys and told that the 2 units were in the back. I located units and loaded trailer by myself. Fortunately I am experienced with these units however this would not be safe with someone less experienced.
