Honestly I wouldn't expect this location to be clean and tidy being their primary focus is replacing tires. It is conveniently close to my home so might recommend to someone who lives in my area for convenience sake. The pick up location was very clean and the rep there was very nice and professional. Definitely would recommend this location

The office look very not cleaned place was not clean at all
kenny jI initially booked my Uhaul rental for 7:00AM in Lantana location. I hired two movers at that time to find out last second they rescheduled my pickup for 10am, causing me to lose my deposit. Then, they sent me at 10am to another location to find out they also don’t have my truck. The lady had to call Uhaul headquarters to then send me to one final location where I was able to pick up my truck. I spent 30 dollars in gas and 30 miles on my car trying to find the Uhaul I had booked. Unbelievable!!!!

Patricia FPoor POOR customer service at this U-Hual provider. Staff are lazy and did not properly check the equiptment out and in. Had to insist for staff to connect the trailer and take off. Had to call 800# customer service to properly do the check out and correct invoice! BEWARE!
