I initially booked my Uhaul rental for 7:00AM in Lantana location. I hired two movers at that time to find out last second they rescheduled my pickup for 10am, causing me to lose my deposit. Then, they sent me at 10am to another location to find out they also don’t have my truck. The lady had to call Uhaul headquarters to then send me to one final location where I was able to pick up my truck. I spent 30 dollars in gas and 30 miles on my car trying to find the Uhaul I had booked. Unbelievable!!!!

Patricia FPoor POOR customer service at this U-Hual provider. Staff are lazy and did not properly check the equiptment out and in. Had to insist for staff to connect the trailer and take off. Had to call 800# customer service to properly do the check out and correct invoice! BEWARE!
Louis MAT not hooked up to truck nor explained. I was given keys and told that the 2 units were in the back. I located units and loaded trailer by myself. Fortunately I am experienced with these units however this would not be safe with someone less experienced.
