Do NOT switch the pickup location last minute. I never intended to rent from this location (Used Tire Shop) who does U-Haul as a side-business, yet my reservation was switched last minute without anyone telling me. This location was not only difficult to find, but also not a dedicated U-Haul location - thus rental customers are NOT the priority. Took me 30 minutes to collect the rental.

I was overcharged for an extra day that I did not use. I had to call customer service TWICE about a refund, and the first time Kevin Davis only refunded me $19.90. I had to call customer service a second time to receive the rest of my money.
Moradjina EI ask for a 2tires dolly for tow a car to texas, the lady did the transaction and told me go back and serve your serve and you can go. The trailer was a fender damage and the tires looks old.
SAMUEL Fno one was at the location for u haul the tire guy had to give me a number to call and took 30 minutes for a return call then i had reservations for 11am and also moving blankets which this location had nothing so i had to drive to another location to pick up very disappointed with this location
JOHN SHonestly I wouldn't expect this location to be clean and tidy being their primary focus is replacing tires. It is conveniently close to my home so might recommend to someone who lives in my area for convenience sake. The pick up location was very clean and the rep there was very nice and professional. Definitely would recommend this location
