I was instructed to drop off the truck at 8:00 AM on Monday, May 4th. However, when I arrived, the office was closed, and the receptionist did not arrive until approximately 8:35 AM. As a result, I ended up getting to work 40 minutes late.

Morgan WThat truck drove extremely rough. The front end needs mechanical work! Glad I didn't have a lot of stuff, or else it would've completely rattled around. For a truck that says "smooth ride" on the side, this is a perfect example of false advertising. Do better.

Kevin BThey are also very kind, offering unique and personalized service. Their gentle treatment makes the drop-off a special experience, which is why I’ve returned several trailers to that location mainly because of how they treat customers.
JORGE CThis location wasn't properly stocked with most of the items I'd reserved online (ex. Moving Blankets--of the twelve I reserved, they only had two very dirty used blankets). Nor did they have any of the last minute items I needed (ex. Queen size mattress protector or large box for T.V.) To make matters worse they didn't suggest or even try to refund me the portion I'd already paid for the blankets. No, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
ANGELA BThe UHaul guy was knowledgable and helpful, but the location was seedy, the employee of the liquor store was 15 minutes late, and the truck battery was dead. I would not rent from this location, but the UHaul attendant was helpful and courteous. He should be deployed to a higher volume store.

JIMMIE DComputer down. Workers frustrated. Finally just handed me a key and told me to go find my truck. Nobody did a walk-through. Gas was on 1/2 when I left with it. Brought it back at almost 3/4 (didn’t drive far so only put 5 gallons back in which is way more than I used) but clerk told me there wasn’t enough gas in it and I would be charged “a lot.” Very poor customer service.
