Fix the U-Haul back office and phone app technology integration. System made reservation at $99 with 100 miles based on comparison of mileage I was driving on the $19.95 and &1.09/mile (5 stars). Used app to check in to pick up truck Rate changed to $149. Required me to go into store to straighten out (45 minutes). While dealing with this issue it started raining - hard. U-Haul wanted me to document condition of vehicle ( in the rain ). App errored out - in the downpour (0 stars).
