First impression- had mud in the floor boards, dog hair all over the passenger seat and gravel, dirt and wet / sweaty paper towels in the back bed. Had a permit with the previous renter’s name and cell number under the driver’s side windshield wiper. The original receipt/ contract had n/a (not applicable) under the price per mile overage, though later in the written agreement it showed $0.49, so I asked for clarification- I was told it is unlimited mileage as implied by the N/A. I returned it and was charged - when asked about the charge for mileage I was told I misunderstood- I explained that I specifically asked about mileage then the not so polite gentleman- said sorry sir I can’t do anything do undoubtedly you were misunderstand. Won’t ever do business with this location again.
