The faculties and facility is average and satisfactory however the truck was trash!! I was afraid if it was gonna breakdown on me. Driving was like walking on egg shells.

Tanessa LIf I buy a trailer, I have one type. Plus insurance, maintenance and security. If I go to Splish splash (uhaul) I have any kind and size I need. Prices are reasonable and I will be back.

Was very unhappy when a few hours later i recieved another reciept for allegedly 6l of fuel and a 30 dollsr fuel surcharge when i literally dropped it off with more fuel than i picked it up with and had all the pictures to show that

Murray WI rented the 6x12 trailer for a 450km move. It was all hooked up by the employee and he failed to see that the safty chains were completely rotted off. I got to my destination and when I was unhooking the trailer they both fell apart. Very poor maintenance on these units , I was lucky the trailer never came off the hitch or it could have resulted in a major problem.

TRACY JBetter quotes/ explanations from U-Haul about cost, not the pick up place, we used mobile pick up and the final bill was over $200 more than what the app said it would be. Was a bit shocking.

RAYMOND FIt was a very easy process. I picked up the car hauling trailer. They helped me hook up and checked my lights. Paper work was fast and minimal as most can be done online.

PHILIP MI rent from here 2 or 3 times a year. The lady that handles the U Haul rentals is always pleasant very and efficient.
TERRY KTook 25mins upon arrival cause lack of staff and they had to attend to others that need change for the water bottle machines. The vehicle we got was smoked in! I and my young daughters whom are allergic to smoke had to deal with dry and itchy reactions and respiratory issues! That was at 9:30 am it’s now 9:46pm and still dealing wit this physical conditions. Upon the return, (we paid by CC online) I had to wait 20mins for some (owner) to check the mileage and damage and gas then collect the blankets. I ask her if we can go but were told she had to count the blankets? We paid buy CC and knew if any further changes would be placed upon the CC but were not committed that we could leave. And had to wait 20mins. Poor service and lack of communication plus the promise of a clean vehicle! Not fair we are dealing with reactionary behaviour to allergies cause someone need a fix!!!!!!! But that’s over looked to make a dollar and thx as my daughters (young children have to endure the consequences of someone’s fix!).
