Ordered pads and they were not in the truck. Had to go to a different location to get them. Your on line pick up service was very difficult to use.

The truck wasn't as clean as I originally thought. There was a water bottle left over from the previous renters, the cab wasn't too bad a little dirty, needed to be washed , bug guts all over the truck . The initial inspection didn't let me note or take a pic of the damage to the passenger side door only let me take a pic of drivers side. In the cargo area there is a slippery spot probably alittle oil on floor

This place had no personal help. Phone instructions were confusing and took three different calls to finally get the truck open.

Have a way to check out and in a truck that involves talking with a real person and not just to help with the app. The app was hard and didn't work for us. I probably won't use UHaul again because it took an hour to check out the truck and we haven't been able to check it in yet because of the app.

Not our desired pick up location, which was Maryville MO. Changed us to a place 78 miles away without our knowlege, then we tried to change it closer and got this place, which was way more expensive, and lady didn't know how to do discount and wasn't very nice while we waited for the scheduler to call her back and walk her through it.

The assistant had to be asked to confirm that the lights on the tow dolly I rented, worked. He lead me to believe both taillight work, when indeed only one function properly.

This pick up and place was great, but my original reservation was at another place. I had no keys and the computer kept saying I had to wait until the business was open at 830. The business was closed. I had to call and get another with barely no apology. I ended up paying 10 More after an an hour and a half drive for the first one.

My uhaul rental was dropped off on time but due to the uhaul personnel mistake I was charged not 1 but 2 extra days, according to her my money has been refunded but I have yet to see it. I now get to wait on the main uhaul processing personnel to get around and refund my money.

I am sure Sport Wade is a great place to pick up a truck. However I never had the opportunity to meet anyone as our drop off point was closed

We made our reservations several weeks ahead of time and paid with a credit card. The evening before we were to pick up our trucks we received a call from Uhaul explaining that they were “having a hard time locating the trucks” we had reserved. The only option they provided us was to drive an additional hour and a half to another state to pick up our trucks. Very inconvenient obviously and no offer of compensation for our time and extra gas. Very disappointing business practice.

First off the truck I reserved at this location was not available and I had to drive 60 plus miles one way to get it. Not a great start but they did allow me some extra miles. Primarily the tow dolly was unsatisfactory! The lights did not work and I informed your representative but they could not fix them and did not have another dolly to offer. I was told I could take this one or not! No other solution was offered. Since I had already driven many miles to get the truck and was under time constraints I took it. I was fearful of getting a traffic ticket the entire drive to my destination. In addition to that the dolly was covered in mud. Not a big deal normally but the temperatures the day I was using it started at 4 degrees below zero. The ratchet assemblies (which were in terrible condition to start with) were so inoperable I had to chip away at frozen mud to get them to move at all. they had obviously had some hard use as they were bent to the point of not catching in the safe position. I wired them closed. The people at this location were generally good but my "U-Haul Experience" as a whole was terrible!!!! I paid full fare and followed the rules of usage and return. I feel I was cheated by U-Haul!!!!! Not a happy customer!!!

The equipment we were first given didn't have a long enough connection for the trailer, and the others were snow bound, and ended up taking a unit that was returned, but the lights worked.

The folks here were great. I was moving by myself and they let me leave my car there overnight while I was loading the truck. Then they helped me connect the tow dolly and load the car safely. These folks are amazing!

The 20' truck I rented was brand new with only 8,000+ miles on it. It was clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how accomodating and helpful Sport Wade and Agent, Angela Gannon, were. It was a good experience for me. Thank you, Sport Wade and UHaul.

The customer should be told that a 10 foot truck does not have a ramp. I would not of rented a utility cart if I had known there was not a ramp.

Charging me for being 8 miles ($3.46) over the "limit" on a one way move is ridiculous. The amount is inconsequential, it's simply unfriendly and petty. Especially when it was obvious that I left over an 1/8th of a tank more than when I picked it up. Shameful...

This particular truck was misaligned and sat off to one side. Driving difficult as the truck was never lined up properly. I could only see out the right mirror which made changing lanes difficlt/hazardous when changing lanes. Everything else was okay.

We forgot to fill the truck back up and the guy only charged us the gas price and not an inflated amount like rental car places. They were very nice about the extra miles and gas.
