William FowlerEverything was great except they I was routed 25 miles out of the way to return the truck. They were trying to charge me for mileage that was over the limit which was there doing. I am glad that it was taken off because it was not my fault.

anthony juncoArrived before store opened to pick up the rental. The key was no where to be found. Waited for owner to come and I was questioned like I had taken the key and was trying to get a second one for my keepsake. The air did not work in vehicle and it smelled. Lastly when it came time to pay the total was more than what was quoted to include my miles. I was told oh it's the taxes and the mileage online was just an estimate. After receiving the contract I saw where I was charged 60 dollars for a "safe move" WHEN DECLINED THAT ONLINE! Why would you go back and add that. Did you pocket the extra 60 dollars?

James HuguleyI called to return my rental To another location and the guy said it was fine he didn’t tell me that I would be charged for that and that I should return the uhall to them so it charged me for 2 more days even though i left the rental at another location and it didn’t get checked in their either and I was trying all day to call uhall to tell them what I was doing and no one answered kept saying they was gonna return the call so I had to pay more money when I took the truck Monday back to soperton. I was very dissatisfied A

Eric D GoodwinThis place was locked and closed by 10:00PM - No notice was given on the drop off details - We also had to drive 40miles in the complete opposite direction to drop the truck off with no t a single poin6t of contact - NOT only that, but the drop off location also had a sign stating that they wee closed on Saturday and Sunday - WTAF??? Children could do a better job of setting this up -

WOODROW SMITHI reserved the unit in advance. It was a one-way rental. When I got there the trailer was ready but it took 2 hours for the location to get the rental agreement completed. There was some problem with the computer and every unit was listed as a return to location and would not allow a one way rental. The people at the location were very nice and did their best to get me set up and ready to go, but the U-Haul paperwork and contract would not let them set it up as a one way, even though that is what I reserved and they told me over the phone it was all good to go. So instead of taking 20 minutes to get the unit, it took 2 hours. The people worked very hard to do a great job, its just the U-Haul computer and paperwork that was the problem. I would recommend this location for a return to location rental, but not for a one way.

Wayne MorrisI rented a 12 x 6 trailer with a ramp, the trailer is narrower at the gate than 6 ft. This should be included in the dimensions on the information page. It was almost not wide enough because of this.

Diana HarnUHaul continues to have issues with their website. We have rented trailers/truck at least 10 times over the last year. Each time I have to enter the same information over, and over and over. It is a time consuming process. Each time I have to enter a driver's license (it's the same copy that I made 8 months ago) even though they will ask to see the actual driver's license when you pick up the trailer/vehicle. The website and mobile apps need to be end user friendly. Their dealers even complain. Link expires on text messages that are requesting a response (THINK...the driver can't look at his text when driving). They should expire at return of rental.

velica sloanUpdate inventory. Told by dispatch that blankets were available at this location. They were not. Same thing happened on our last rental. My problems were with dispatch. We had selected this location when we made the reservation. Received a call from dispatch on Monday night rerouting the pick up to Oak Park. The Oak Park location was closed and then we were sent back to Soperton location listed above. The personnel at the Soperton location were great, exceeded our expectations.
