The truck’s gas was almost empty. The back cab was not swept out. The email we received for our pick up did not instruct us to download the U-Haul app. We had to call customer service to be informed of this. The lock was difficult to remove from the lockbox. Was not able to leave the premises yesterday with truck until 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time. Had to stop by the gas station out of the way of destination adding additional 15 miles to mileage.
