The person at the Springfield Do It Center was very experienced at handling uhaul rentals and recorded our trailer. Not all people are totally connected to their phones or have the uhaul app, so it would be appropriate if you had followup directions to possibly call the people rather than having to use an app or text. Your outlets should be open later, to allow for returns.

This location is inside a do it yourself center and they went above and beyond when we picked up our trailer we had a fuse that would not let the right turn signal on the trailer work. The guy grabbed a ohm meter and helped me track the problem down and I fixed it.

Very poor customer service. The check engine light was on, the truck was filthy. The manger wouldn't give me the keys and insisted on having someone back the truck out and supervise while I took pictures and checked out the truck because I'm a women and l"ooked like I needed help"

I wouldn't recommend ANY UHAUL AT ANY LOCATION. BAIT AND SWITCH ON COST.I was quoted $35+ due when I was to pick up the truck, when I reserved the Truck. When I went to pick it up I was told that I had to pay 68.64. I was told that was the mileage. I hadn't even told them how many miles that I would be traveling to. I hadn't even left the parking lot. ON the Trucks it Advertised $19.95+Mileage and fees. But I hadn't even driven it before I was charged milage. I received nothing back and had to replace the fuel. UHAUL IS A RIP OFF. I hope that I NEVER have to rent from UHAUL again. I'm NOT Recommending UHAUL to Anyone. This is My Opinion and Experience.
