The person helping was trying her best, but the computer was not connecting to the wifi. Even after connecting to a hotspot, connectivity was slow and took a long time to check in. The program used made her go through the entire contract all over again. She said they were supposed to have a printed copy of the contract, but then the printer wouldn't connect and print. I finally told her we can't hang out waiting for them to figure out the printer issue, so we ended up leaving without her printing the copy she was supposed to keep. Then the lockboxes containing the truck keys were not labeled, so she had to open all 4 of them in order to find our key. All in all, it took about half an hour to pick up the truck when we had already registered everything online and were the only people waiting. The truck worked just fine. The worker was very polite and apologetic, and none of this was her fault. We all work with computers and have been there! I don't know if this was a one off or not, but these systems should run much more smoothly than they did that morning
