Johnney PI was overcharge for an additional 300 miles. Brody confirmed it was a mistake. On Wednesday 6/10 he told me I would hear from the Franklin TN location to correct the charge in 1-2 days. It is now late on Monday 6/15 and I am still waiting for this to be corrected. I left a message for Brody on Saturday 6/13 to call me back with an update but he has not returned my call.
Bradley ATruck had trash in the passenger door (plastic bottles). Truck also needed service according to the dash board for the stabl-a-trac. I mentioned this to the agent... He said U-haul is aware of this issue

David HExplain about the extra charges if no turned in on the due date. I was informed about the extra $40/day charge however, I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE SAFETY COVERAGE THAT I SELECTED FOR MY TRIP TO OHIO BEING CHARGES FOR EXTRA DAYS OR I WOULD NEVER HAVE SELECTED IT!

I almost walked out without any proof of equipment rental, had I not asked for a copy. This store needs their u-haul rep to step up to the plate and train them and synchronize their system with U-haul's. Thank you!

STEPHEN GI'd give them the correct pickup address. There is a 4145 US 64 in Murphy, and a 4145 old US 64 which is correct. 13 miles apart this inconvenienced me, and I was late to the job site. Other than that the overall experience was pleasant, and the guts at Spuds Shack were great.
