I was overcharge for an additional 300 miles. Brody confirmed it was a mistake. On Wednesday 6/10 he told me I would hear from the Franklin TN location to correct the charge in 1-2 days. It is now late on Monday 6/15 and I am still waiting for this to be corrected. I left a message for Brody on Saturday 6/13 to call me back with an update but he has not returned my call.

Truck had trash in the passenger door (plastic bottles). Truck also needed service according to the dash board for the stabl-a-trac. I mentioned this to the agent... He said U-haul is aware of this issue
