Cell service was very bad at dropoff, could not access mobile return. Service completed the return process for me

Pick up location was rather sketchy. The truck’s gas tank was almost empty when I picked it up…didn’t get two mile down the road when the low fuel warning came on. Returned it with the “miles to empty” warning reading 48 miles so they had the audacity to charge me extra for gas. The u-haul truck was an okay rig, about what I expected. The online pickup process wasn’t so hot.
Brent SLockbox should be updated stating it is on the building pole by the front door at hotel. We looked around and lost 45 minutes. However, when we called they representative gave us an extra half hour.
Melissa RGenuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Not at fault of the actual people, but the lack of explanation for anything online or in the app for pickup and drop off.

Donald DThe only problem we had was trying to get the photos of the truck to upload. The area has bad cell phone reception. It took multiple attempts to get it to upload. This was very frustrating. Otherwise the truck was in great shape, ran great, clean and ready to go.

LESLIE JAt pick up the agent gave me the wrong key, did not help me with checking out, did not even check my ID. This vehicle has a fault in its ABS system and the cruise control does not work.
