The Customer service provided by the Auto shop was OUTSTANDING! Polite and professional! I question the mileage and kick myself for not documenting it before I got out of the truck! We live less than 1 miles from pickup and stopped by a store down the street and made ONE trip from our old address 5430 Dr MLK Jr St. So. To the new address 833 21 Ave South. 1 miles apart. And my mileage said 23 miles??????? Someone else’s drove that truck! I would have said 10 miles tops. We had 2 other pick ups and a trailer show up, so we only needed one trip. Truck had no ramp so I could put on my washer and dryer

Ac would start and stop working which isn’t fun in the Florida summer. Also the battery died stranding us for 2 hours U-Haul then said someone will reach out to me within 30 business days (that’s 6 weeks of calendar days) to discuss adjusting the bill. That’s crazy.

Agent was exceeding ly rude and attempted to overcharge us. She then charged us a cleaning fee the day after we returned vehicle! We moved furniture and the truck was clean when we returned the same evening. Agent charged us a cleaning fee the day after we returned the truck!
