JONATHAN MThe Crossville location on 16 Dooley street was awesome. I just rented a uhaul truck 26' on two different occasions and both experiences were easy, fast, and affordable. Both trucks were as clean as they could be, both had fuel, both did the job as expected. The owner of the building was prompt, nice, and fast at her job. Really appreciate good business like that and look forward to renting from her in the future.
JAKE AThe lady in the counter was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave it above average rate is because the location itself. The parking area is not safe. There are protruding stones in various places that if you are not careful, could do damage to your car.

Although there are closer dealers, I go out of my way to rent here. From helping to hook up the trailer to assist in parking; these folks are great.

WILLIAM MI wanted a small truck and they gave me a bigger one. It cost a lot more gas.
RHONDA MI was charged for 3 miles over the limit because of Uhaul. I went, filled up the gas, and headed to the closest Uhaul according to google and Uhauls website. When I got there, they have been closed for over a year now. Uhaul trailers all in the parking lot. I then had to drive another 2 or 3 miles in the opposite direction to return the truck I rented. I DO NOT appreciate this. It was only 3 dollars and some change but that's not the point. Take the closed down Uhaul off the internet, and come on, charging me for 3 miles, that's ridiculous.

ASHLEY CI had a reservation at Express Towing in Crossville had to wait for someone to get to the office. Then I was told I had to go to a different location.?? Thank l goodness it was Stack and Store. Doris is wonderful got my reservation moved to her location and it all went very well after that. If I ever need U-haul again here in TN I will go to Doris.

I’ve always purchased these products from U-Haul because of quality. I went out and found a Reese product but it is made in China
