Because this location has equipment returned by using the UHaul app, being an older person and not tech savy, I would not have been able to return the truck without the help of my son. I would not return a truck to this type of facility again. If you don't use the app, you get charged an additional fee. I will return my next rental, if I ever do it again, to a place where you can actually get in-person service.
