Dawn was great and an error was made on billing due to incorrect mileage but Jessica from customer service was easy to work with and corrected it!

the worker was SO helpful and the only reason i give this 2 stars. the process was so beyond confusing and i am not stupid or technologically challenged. the truck did not have the equipment i had requested inside of it, and when i went to another uhaul to get the equipment that this location didn’t have they also didn’t have it. what uhaul location doesnt have a dolly. the app would not let me upload pictures. i couldn’t get the key box open. i would genuinely rather spend $1k on movers than ever give uhaul another penny this was such a bad experience and the worker at this location deserves a raise because she was so incredibly patient and understanding
