You could make your prices more lower , I remember u- haul when it was 29.99 I paid over 600 dollars and to gas it was almost just as high

Emmet Hthe worker was SO helpful and the only reason i give this 2 stars. the process was so beyond confusing and i am not stupid or technologically challenged. the truck did not have the equipment i had requested inside of it, and when i went to another uhaul to get the equipment that this location didn’t have they also didn’t have it. what uhaul location doesnt have a dolly. the app would not let me upload pictures. i couldn’t get the key box open. i would genuinely rather spend $1k on movers than ever give uhaul another penny this was such a bad experience and the worker at this location deserves a raise because she was so incredibly patient and understanding
