Didn't like that you couldn't return after 7:00 PM. No one working at the store to handle Uhaul return paperwork. Store is open 24/7. I was able to leave the truck and keys there, but had to drive back the next morning to finish the paperwork.David W.

It is an absolutely ridiculous and unfair to have to fill out an online reservation when you are standing in the office and they can't rent you the trailer you are looking at until you go online and reserve it. A lot of older people don't navigate online. Or have the capabilities.Jackolyn M.

I was a little confused on who to speak to at first, but the ladies at the counter were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a questionable trailer supplied by my origin location, which was very difficult to unhitch. We had to flag down a strong male customer to assist us in removing the trailer. Overall, though, this was a good location.Glory H.
First off I was told on return that I could not return it even though I was suppose to have it back by midnight then I was told because it would not be checked in till late it was gonna Cost me I returned it 2 hrs early but then I had to drive back to put the key in to return could not still return due to the mileage was entered wrong from the beginning so over all the lady I first spoke to was sweet but needs to make sure to tell u to return online and always check the mileageTheresa M.

Location was easy access to Bella Vista AR but there's a uhaul in Jane that is less than 2 miles that was closed. I shouldn't have to pay more for having to drive further away from the location I desired.PAUL M.

NO HIDDEN PRICING. EVERY SINGLE TIME I NEED A SMALL TRUCK OR VAN & USE U-HAUL I FEEL A RIP OFF COMING ON. U-HAULS MILAGE RATES ARE RIDICULOUS. IV RENTED 15' & 24's On AND OFF FOR OVER 20 YRS. I ONLY USE U-HAUL IF THERE AREN'T ANY OTHER TRUCK RENTAL PLACES AROUND. NOT GOOD.....U-HAUL YOU CAN DO BETTER. MOST SMALL TRUCKING COMPANIES LIKE MYSELF HATE THROWING MONEY OUT THE WINDOW DUE TO YOUR RIDICULOUS MILEAGE RATES. NOT COOL LYN BLyn B.

There was only 1 person who new what they were doing and he was painting strips in the parking lot. If it wasnt for him I would of given this place 0 stars. I waited 20 minutes inside to return while they just stood there. I finally walked out not returning the trailer and asked the guy on the way out if we would finish the return.Kyle P.

The location was great however your update to your system over the weekend was the cause of nearly an hour of delay time. Also still not received my email reciept for the equipment.DAVID S.

The employees seemed unfamiliar with the process of distributing and collecting the uhaul. We did online check in and out. Still took 40 minutes to get checked out and 30minutes to check it back in. Frustrating when we are in a hurry to get moving and exhausted at drop off.Tylor W.
