The staff needs to be better trained on the U-Haul site of the business. The person that I dealt with, while pleasant, just Ros the time and name of when I came in and left it for his boss to enter into the system. Also, a very small vape shop does not seem like a good fit for a U-Haul center

Amy MThe original rental of this trailer was on 5/26/2026. The trailer was taken to Burton, Ohio to the Burton Floral and Garden Center and returned 5/27/2026. It was a one day rental. The paperwork in Burton, Ohio was NOT PROCESSED correctly. The Trailer was returned. However, my name is still linked to the trailer and who ever took it to Evans, GA - did not put their name on the rental agreement, or their credit card, phone number or any details. You are suppose to verify the personal information and drivers license of who ever is renting trailers. Mr. did so, however, who ever rented this to Evans, GA DID NOT FOLLOW THE PROCESS. The charge has been reported as FRAUD. We will NOT PAY THIS. The problem needs to be fixed immediately.

Lisa MI booked online and declined all extras including insurance. When I received my bill insurance was added on. Also an item called rental tax. I was not aware of either of these charges until I returned this equipment. Make sure to discuss total for rental before leaving with equipment.
clifford cLocation of pick up was great. Store owner was good and provided excellent customer service. The 10 foot GMC U-Haul truck was very old and had a lot of issues. Could not adjust side mirrors without using a T hex tool to adjust (mirror had a lot of rust), every morning had to put air in left front tire, shocks were terrible and bounced all over the place, air conditioner did not blow any cold air, no reverse camera, muffler was very rusty, front windshield was very dirty and hard to clean (tried using Windex), and head lights were very dim (do not recommend to drive this truck at night time). This 10 foot very old U-haul truck should be decommission.
RICHARD IRatchets were rusty and wouldn't hardly move. Had to put WD-40 on them before I could use them.
