The truck had a low pressure indicator light on. When I informed the front desk they told me it was a known issue and not to worry about it. This to me seems like a huge safety hazard and the truck should be fixed before another person has to drive it.

The truck really needed work it started smoking after driving it down the road about 30 miles. Had to put oil in it. That service work should have been done before. Especially with all the strict rules they require getting the truck and the strict rules returning it. If you don't clean the back out or park it exactly angled the way it was you get charged 75.00 dollars. Live up to what you expect please.

The systems were down and it took 30 min for the clerk to fill out the manual paperwork. The clerk was surly and didn't wear a mask and was sniffling and coughing.

This was a drop off, so I didn't have interaction with an employee. However, since I made the reservation via this location, we did get a call from Brandy, making sure we were able to get our rental from the Augusta location and she was very helpful with any questions I had.

Uhaul changed my reservation pickup location at 1:04 AM the morning of my scheduled pickup at 8 AM. The new location was over 30 minutes from my house, which would have added 2 hours to my day. I was forced to rent a van at the original pickup which doubled my cost due to the mileage. If Uhaul senda last minute notifications there should be some waiver of the mileage fee, which is substantial!

How does $19.95 per day turn into $59.95 per day? Your truck has false advertising on the side of it and you should be sued for same!!!!! You have my debit card, not a dam thing I can do to dispute. $19.95 turned into $400.00

I was charged for 2 days because I went over 8 hours.. I was under the impression it was a rental for 24 hours. I wasn't happy with that but otherwise the service was fine.

This was a very unpleasant Uhaul experience for me. I have used Uhaul many times with great experiences, this was the exception. The equipment I needed to complete my move was not on the truck when I went to pick up. It threw a major wrench in my moving plans and I had to purchase the dollies from a hardware store to complete my move on time.

I rented a U-Haul yesterday and when I got to my location to pick up my couch, the back was stuffed full of garbage and boxes! I let them know that I had to put my brand new couch on top of all of it and showed pictures. Check the back before you leave! They still charged me full price. Won't recommend or use again!

I was given a truck that has been damaged and partially repaired. It leaked water and damaged some of my furniture. Also, the transporter was caked in mud. Come to find out, the tires were bald in the middle and one blew out on my trip. Once in Virginia, the field managed inspected the tires and found chunks of tire missing from another tire.

The equipment is difficult to get to, there isn't enough space to hook up properly, & the location isn't ideal. The customer service was good though but everything was difficult!

Give me the size truck I reserved. I had a very tight space with limited access. Driving a 26' truck instead of the 20' was very difficult.

The truck leaked a significant amount of gas due to a loose gas cap causing me to add over 12 gallons of gas after just driving 33 miles. I brought this to the agents attention and he just said sorry. Also, the oil light was on.

While the equipment was clean, it was not well maintained. One of the wheels was worn which made it hard to push sometimes. The belt on the back of the appliance dolly was worn out as well, which also made it useless for pulling up stairs.

Just wasted too much time trying to get the truck to start. 15minutes initally, then the first time I turned it off at my home it would not start back up again. After it started I never shut it off again until I returned it.

When I use the brakes have to mash to the floor and I'll hear it was metal to metal. It was unsafe to drive. I turn around and brought it back. The mileage was wrong the gas is wrong and they charged me twice.. it took me 4 hours and eight people to talk to so I can rent your truck after hours.
