Reservation got rerouted to here for availability which is fine. Originally selected in person pick up to make sure everything went smoothly, nothing did once being routed to this place. Online process wasn't working for over half an hour. Once everything was finally good we headed out and the tank was near empty. The truck was poorly maintained inside and the construction of the truck was scary due to poor seals and more. Location itself was not helpful at getting reservation picked up. Main good thing was the drop off process.
Sapphire GVehicle window was filthy, interior had pop spill stains all over. I sent pictures in as requested during the check in.
Jeff WWasn’t able to return the truck via the app. Received a text that it would be helpful for them to get it back early so we did return it early. But, the truck didn’t actually get checked back in until two days later after I called.
Brandon DNoone there. Dropped off the key and contract at 10:30 am with 3 witnesses. I will not pay for a 3rd day as I dropped it off prior to 11:30 am. Nowhere did I read that one way was going to cost me $40 instead of $30 for a 2nd day. I will not be recommending U- Haul EVER again. I normally use this company for moving items even within town - that will not be happening.
