The employees were not knowledgeable,when I was asking questions. The van had old French fries and chicken bones.animal hairs on the front interior and steering wheel,cup holders were sticky and disgusting ,along with the driver’s seat door handle.I cleaned it up.

The truck had just been returned not long before I picked it up. The girl that handled my transaction was very nice though and the handtruck i rented didn’t work either. But the truck drove fine

Jesse KI was told by a representative at uhaul that if you went over 100 miles on a daily rental (I got a 10' truck and car transport) that you get a discounted mileage rate. This was not honored at this location and when I asked he just said not for this rental. I was confused and just paid because I was tired after a long afternoon of driving to transport a vehicle. I didn't feel like arguing.
Joseph AMy rental agreement with you all was for the period of one day. I did not keep the truck for it the entire day. I picked up the truck after 9:00 and it was returned to the store before 8:00 p.m. on that same day. The reason being,...The truck was dirty inside and out and smell like horse manure..... After doing my inspection of the lot and comparing the truck that I was given to the others in the lot think I was intentionally given this dirty smelly truck.

SUSIE AThe 5x8 trailer is actually smaller when you consider that the opening rear which houses the brake lights take away 2-4 inches of accessible space away from the entryway. I was unable to use the trailer for this reason because those 4 inches stopped me from being able to load my lawnmower thereby rendering the rental useless due to lack of actual available space

MARK NHave the gas tank filled. It was very frustrating to go and do the drive and already be below a half a tank right off the start. I get the truck for a limited time and having to fill up a gas tank to start my trip should not be my responsibility. Additionally the signage letting me know where to go for the truck (inside) is not well marked. This includes the outside of the building. Trucks are parked between two buildings, neither of which are UHaul businesses. Better signage needed.

kim sHORRRRRIBBLLLLLLEEEEEEE!!!!!! Tannersville- Steele’s Ace Hardware needs to be evaluated! Employee entered incorrect information ( she put “in town” rental instead of “one way” like I asked) I constantly confirmed the details just to be charged over $200 bucks when I dropped the rental off in the city where we confirmed. Spoke to her manager Kirk who was not helpful and told me I was just going to have to pay it. Called over 5 people from U-Haul customer service/ scheduling team and even got a resolution just for them to still charge me!!! I spoke to the employees at the drop off location and they confirmed the error and even told me I was right based on the key tag that was designated for “one way”and not “in town” rentals because they are two different types. STILL CHARGED! This is usually how they randomly stick you with fees that aren’t your fault. Soon I will receive a call from General Manager from drop off location. Double check everythingggggggg! Unfair practices and horrible customer service. 0/10!!!

EDDIE GI picked up a truck that was dirty with pieces of furniture (table legs and chandelier crystals) strewn about. I returned a clean truck yet was charged $43 for cleaning.
PETER BJust keep up the good work , I was in and out quick . To any other customers do your pre check in and upload your drivers license ahead of time very important, and will get you going faster .
