The trailer I received was old, it didn't have the proper gate for a motorcycle, and the gate was held up by chains with broken latches. This trailer is definitely out of date.KELVIN M.

Tell me to call usual for my inconvenience. Tells me they can't help me at all. Also UHAUL can't respond to an email either to give me any help. So thanks you for that. I'll just use my own equipment next time before I spend 130 bucks for a 15 foot uhaul for less than a day and put a quarter of a tank more in gas than when I picked it up on.Gill H.

I rented a truck and was eventually charged for a $25 cleaning fee, when I didn't put anything but a new couch in the truck. The clerk said they had to sweep it out. So, the Andrews, SC UHaul drop off made $25 or 10 minutes work? This is a scam and I am very upset about this. I've rented from UHaul my entire adult life including several uses during my time in the Army and this is the first time I've ever been charged. Then when I called to ask, the local clerk laughed at me over CD the phone and the 1-800-UHAUL was very polite and took all my information but told me that these situations don't normally resolve quickly. His integrity and helpful attitude are refreshing, but I don't appreciate the Andrews location and their treatment of this situation.Jerry E.

This is not where my reservation was supposed to be. My "guaranteed" reservation was confirmed the day before I was to pick it up. I arrived to pick up the truck and was told that my "guaranteed" reservation wasn't available. Oh, well, too bad. After some phone calls, they found a truck at the above location. All in all, I lost several hours. I eventually got the truck and this location was fine. This location is pretty good. The corporate people don't seem to know what's going on and don't really seem to care and they apparently missed the day that customer service was being taught.Wade A.

Everything about out our experience was excellent except one aspect. A representative called us shortly after renting the truck. I missed answering the call but immediately returned the call to my dismay the man was extremely disrespectful to me by saying well...answer your phone! Which he repeated 3 times in the same tone and then hung up on me. Shortly after my phone rang again from the same number which I certainly ignored. Everyone who assisted us personally at the store was extremely professional and courteous.Johnny T.

Originally rented a truck at location 5 miles away from my house. Was sent a text that truck was only available 20 miles away from my house. Drove 20 miles to pick up truck. 30 minutes into our roadtrip; received a call from the first location that our truck was waiting. Informed them that we were already on the road in the truck we had picked up in another town. That person was confused as we were because they were holding our reservation and had no knowledge of any other location. Told them that I wished they had called earlier. That cost me an additional 40 miles extra added to my bill...20 miles each way.Connie N.

The Owner need to employ kinder Staff, respectful, Staff ..... Only 1 Man at this Location is Kind and Professional and the Manager ... Sometimes. The Trucks are not "maintained" the additional equipment needs are not kept up and the Customer Service from the other staff ones would keep any civil individual from renting from that location. However, it is only because of Convenience that my Organization utilize the Location. A lot is going on in the Store, maybe they are to busy to have this Carrier there. I met via the phone a wonderful Customer Service person name, Kiwana and she was Professional and responded appropriately to my needs. I hope something can be corrected before I return to this Location in January 2016. It's not U-Haul it is the Staff at the Location at Radio Shack. Thank you,Willis B.

Miles traveled to destination was not accurate. 192 miles should have been 248 miles. Don't know how store arrived at 192. As a result I am paying for 59.7 miles over the 192. I should have googled milege before I went to pick-up truck. Lesson learned!JACKIE G.

It took forever (45 minutes) to pick up the uhaul. The customer service was awful and the wait was ridiculous. The signage was also bad and it was confusing to find the pick up location.Kyle D.
