Best option in Evansville - Steve and his employees very courteous and accommodating - even gave me a ride home after dropping off truck! A bit of sunshine after a tough move. Highly recommend!

brian DI didn't relative a favor which as usual messed me up with the UHaul renting at this location. If my relative had done what was needed and not what they wanted... Renting here would have been great! I can't complain really except the lies of charging me $2,000 and how rude one man was is the only thing I can complain about.

Alexandra CGet someone else who knows what they are doing in the office. A nice old man in his vacuum shop should not be the one handling this service. He couldn't operate the computer or his cell phone properly. He also could barely read the text on the screens. Took us half an hour to check in. Parking lot isn't designed for having uhauls...just go up the road to the actual uhaul store and get better service and pricing

BERT DTruck in need of repairs. Multiple lights came on. Passenger side window seal loose and flapping. Truck was loud and thought something was about to break. Old Truck and windshield very dirty. Did not activate Emergency brake yet it continued to turn itself on. I love this location and the staff. The Truck is OLD and need repairs.
SCHERILLA HEverything was excellent, I have no suggestions.

RANDY BReserved a trailer from GA. The reservation was moved 9miles down the road/fine...... They called me/told me trailer was on site Drove appox.530miles/got there/NO Trailer available They did end up correcting the situation by giving me a [local trailer] to take .......you could imagine my frustration
