I got screwed out of two hours because of the self checkout. I never received a code for the lockbox but come to find out the key was never in the lockbox, it was still in the return box. After several calls to costumer service the problem was resolved.
David hThe owners of the location had a very strong accent that made it difficult to understand them. Another man came in to help and it was easier to understand and have a conversation with him. Even though I made a reservation, I still had to wait for the gentleman to fill out the same information that I had already filled out. Other than that the customer service was excellent.
Jason VMy reservation was moved to this location. When I did everything online, it was not working until I called. The rep fixed the issue.then I went inside the market and they could not find my reservation. Eventually the employee had his manager contact U-Haul who contacted me and resolved the issue after waiting over an hour.
Casey SWasn't expecting a corner gas station to be the pickup location, but the truck was ready to go and it was clean when I arrived.
