Surprised with hidden fees after the rental. Employees were too hard to understand and couldn’t explain anything properly, nor do they answer the phone. Bill wound up being double what I was told, and they gave me the truck with almost no fuel in it. I had to wait 25 minutes after pickup time to get the truck because it’s a beer store and he kept stopping setting me up to ring people up. I asked to get it at the central point location and they transferred my rental to this dump. Will not get a U-Haul again, this was a terrible experience and I will be telling everyone.
