The owners of the location had a very strong accent that made it difficult to understand them. Another man came in to help and it was easier to understand and have a conversation with him. Even though I made a reservation, I still had to wait for the gentleman to fill out the same information that I had already filled out. Other than that the customer service was excellent.

My reservation was moved to this location. When I did everything online, it was not working until I called. The rep fixed the issue.then I went inside the market and they could not find my reservation. Eventually the employee had his manager contact U-Haul who contacted me and resolved the issue after waiting over an hour.
Casey SWasn't expecting a corner gas station to be the pickup location, but the truck was ready to go and it was clean when I arrived.
