Consider renting pickups further than local
Marie LI arrived when this location was closed, so I cannot actually answer the Personnel question. They had left plenty of space to park the truck.

Wendy cThe 26' truck I got was not clean, it was parked in a corner so hard to take photos of the sides and back for pickup. After getting truck fully loaded, noticed the rear tires in very poor condition, bald and 1 with a very large bubble. Called the location of the rental was told tires are good he looked at them and said if I needed to have them replaced, I had to call uhaul. I did call uhaul and they had a tire guy come to my place and replaced all 4 rear tires. The tires were in horrible condition. Surprisingly on this 2026 truck with less than 30k miles the rear tires had date codes from 2015 and 2016!!

GEORGE GThe trailers Wheels had to be repacked due to lack of maintenance, also the U-Haul lost air conditioning it was fixed ones but lost it again. Didn't have time to stop due to had to be at a location had a certain time. The managers are very rude and would not give any compensation for the inconvenience of the air conditioner not working. I will leave a very bad review on every location I can find on social media this is unsatisfactory
Matt BThe alert was on that the tire pressure monitoring system needed service. The tires seemed fine, so it must be the monitoring system itself that needed attention. If the tires get low, there would be no way to tell. Wanted a van, but it wasn't available, so I had to get a truck. Why is the high mileage discount not available on the 10' truck? Couldn't believe I had to pay $415 just to drive to Phoenix and back plus $100 in gas. You should offer a discount or let this location have a van.

VIRGIL ZTruck ran fine, was clean, etc, although the TPMS alert was on so you couldn't read the mileage unless you shut the truck off and restarted it, then the mileage would be visible very briefly - that matters, you're getting charged for mileage - also, they rented the truck with "5/8" of a full tank - who does that? We fueled the truck prior to returning it, turned the key on, confirmed the gauge read "5/8" of a tank, traveled ONE MILE to the return location, then we got charged $7.12 for 2 gallons of gas - the whole routine of renting the truck with less than a full tank is a shady tactic for being able to dispute the fuel level and charging the customer for gas.....

PETER IThe U-Haul facility refused to assist with the auto carrier hook-up and setup. The person checking me out with the equipment indicated that not helping is a [company policy], but they didn't bother to inform me in advance, so I didn't know to bring my own help. The carrier tire-straps ratchet system was not working properly and had been left in an unmanageable state by the previous renter. I was alone, so handing off equipment in this condition seems unacceptable. I did get some useful assistance from a neighbour business person who proved invaluable. My suggestion for future renters is A. take a strong helper & B. take some lubricant and hand tools. The truck itself was excellent, nearly new. It made the trip without a glitch.

ROBERT BVery friendly, very clean. They did not have the truck that I had reserved. It is UHaul's policy that if this happens, the customer receives $50 off their rental. I was given a reduction in mileage which was FAR less than a $50 savings. UHaul should not advertise something they are not going to follow through on. Because my truck was not available, I could not use the app to finish my rental. The person that helped me was friendly and the checkout process went smoothly and quickly. Parking spots are few.
KAREN PDropped off on 26Dec. Lot gate was open, lot appeared open, sign indicated the business was open (within posted business hours). There was no one there! While I was there several other customers arrived and all were as confused as I as there appeared to be no employees present. Called the phone number listed and left a message on the answering system. I never received a return call. Contacted the "800" number on contract and was told she would put a note in the file and for me to lock vehicle and drop key in key return. Several day later I have still not received any follow-up.
